What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund. If weather makes the trip unsafe, we reschedule or refund in full.
How do shared trips work?
Shared 2-hour trips depart on Wednesdays (15:00–17:00 and 17:00–19:00) at 75 € per person, with a minimum group of four. If the minimum is not reached, we offer rescheduling or a full refund. Children under 2 travel free; a single rate applies to adults and children.
