Booking

A booking request is not a confirmed booking. We confirm every request personally, and the confirmation message constitutes the binding agreement.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Later cancellations may be charged in full.

Weather and safety

Routes and swim stops depend on weather and sea conditions. If conditions make a departure unsafe, we offer rescheduling or a full refund. The skipper's decisions on safety are final.

Shared trips

Shared trips operate with a minimum group of four people. If the minimum is not reached, we offer rescheduling or cancellation with a full refund. Children under 2 years old travel free of charge; a single rate applies to adults and children.
